This page outlines your warranty coverage, our service commitment, and what you can expect from us should you ever need support.

 


1-YEAR STANDARD WARRANTY (INCLUDED WITH EVERY SYSTEM)

All Iron Lift systems include a full 12-month manufacturer warranty, covering:

  • Internal motor components

  • Electronic controllers

  • PCB boards, sensors, and wiring

  • Resistance system mechanics

  • Structural frame and internal hardware

  • Software-related performance issues (non-app)

During this period, any manufacturing fault or electronic failure is covered completely.

 


WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR WARRANTY

 

✔ Free Remote Diagnostics

If you experience an issue, our support team will guide you through quick remote troubleshooting to identify the cause.

 

✔ Replacement Parts Included

If a part needs replacing, we’ll send you the required component at no cost under warranty.

 

✔ Free Collection & Return Delivery

If an issue cannot be fixed remotely, we’ll arrange free system collection, repair or replacement, and delivery back to you.

 

✔ Full System Replacement if Unrepairable

In the rare event that your system cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a brand-new or certified replacement unit of equal or higher specification.

 


WHAT'S NOT COVERED

To keep the warranty precise and fair, the following are not covered:

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, surface marks)

  • Damage caused by non-Iron Lift accessories

  • Improper installation or storage

  • Commercial environment use unless approved

  • Normal wear on handles, straps, or external accessories

If your system is outside its warranty period, our After-Care Service provides full servicing, diagnostics, and replacement parts at transparent, fixed fees.

 


HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

  1. Contact: support@ironlift.com
  2. Include your order number, model, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with diagnostic steps.

  4. If required, we’ll schedule a free collection, repair, or replacement.

Our goal is simple: get you lifting again as fast as possible.

 


REPLACEMENT PARTS — ALWAYS IN STOCK

To ensure rapid support, we maintain UK stock of genuine Iron Lift components, including:

  • Motors (Ignite, Ascend, Apex)

  • Controllers

  • Sensor boards

  • Wiring harnesses

  • Safety components

  • Internal mechanical parts

This ensures fast turnaround times for both warranty and non-warranty repairs.
