Your Iron Lift system is engineered for longevity — but if you ever need servicing, replacement parts, or technical support outside your warranty period, our After-Care Service ensures your system stays performing at its best for years to come.

This page explains how our servicing works, what we can repair, and how to request support.

 



OFFICIAL IRON LIFT AFTER-CARE SERVICE

We offer full support for all Iron Lift systems, including:

  • Apex (L5)

  • Ascend (L2)

  • Ignite (L8)

  • Accessories & attachments

Whether your system is within or outside its warranty period, our team can help with diagnostics, parts replacement, and full system servicing.

 



WHAT WE CAN REPAIR

Because we stock all major components in the UK, we can service every part of your system, including:

 

ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS

  • Motors (L5 / L2 / L8)

  • Controllers

  • Internal PCB boards

  • Sensor modules

  • Wiring and connectors

MECHANICAL COMPONENTS

  • Drive mechanism

  • Internal resistance system parts

If a part is available on your system, we can repair or replace it.

 



OUT-OF-WARRANTY REPAIRS

If your Iron Lift system is outside of its warranty period, we offer:

 

FIXED-FEE DIAGNOSTICS

A simple, transparent diagnostic fee applies for technician time.

 

GENUINE REPLACEMENT PARTS

If a component needs replacing, the cost will include:

  • The part price

  • Labour fee

  • Optional collection & re-delivery

We use only genuine Iron Lift OEM parts, sourced directly from our manufacturing partner, ensuring long-term reliability and compatibility.

 

OPTIONAL COLLECTION & RETURN DELIVERY

If your system cannot be repaired remotely or on-site, we can arrange a full collection service:

  • Collection from your home

  • Repair or component replacement at our workshop

  • Return delivery to you

(Logistics fees apply outside warranty.)

 



IF YOUR SYSTEM CANNOT BE REPAIRED

In the rare event your system cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a brand new Iron Lift system of equal or higher specification.

This ensures you receive the same performance, reliability, and long-term confidence as the day you purchased.

Later, when we begin stocking certified refurbished units, we may offer them as an alternative — but at present all replacements are brand new.

 



OUR SERVICE PROCESS

  1. Submit a service request
    Email support@ironlift.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Remote diagnostics
    We assess the system via video/photo to identify the fault.

  3. Parts replacement / repair
    If a part is required, we provide a clear cost breakdown.

  4. Collection (if required)
    If the system cannot be repaired remotely, we arrange collection and return delivery.

  5. Fast turnaround
    Most repairs are completed quickly thanks to UK-held spare parts.
